DAY 1 AT THE CLINIC –AUG 21, 2015

MEDICAL CENTER…..

Now that the teeth have been addressed we are doing some initial evaluations at the medical center.

First stop is to take a look at a sample of Nicole’s live blood under the microscope. This Live blood cell examination is most commonly known as Darkfield Microscopy. Most of you have probably never heard of it because the FDA currently does not approve of viewing a fresh, unaltered blood sample. When I say unaltered I mean there are no stains applied to the sample which is common practice in microscopy techniques. The reason it is called Darkfield is simply due to the way the light is angled at the sample against a dark background. This allows for conditions that are not normally seen or even considered during an evaluation to be utilized by the doctor in understanding where things are out of balance in the patient. If you’re wondering why this is illegal and subject to prosecution in the States…I’m wondering too!

We discover in Nicole’s darkfield that she has some congestion to her liver, too much protein in her diet and is showing signs of a Mucor constitution. Just as in Ayurveda where people are defined by three doshas – Vata, Pitta & Kapha, in European biological medicine we have correlating constitutions – Aspergillus –related to Vata, Penicillium related to Pitta and Mucor related to Kapha. It will be important for Nicole to eat a predominately Vegan diet to decrease the protein load as well as help encourage regression of tumor growth. There is a great book called “The China Study” written by T. Colin Campbell, professor emeritus of biochemistry at Cornell University. This book discusses the scientific health benefits of Veganism. I personally, was a vegan for many years in my early 20’s and it was a heath nightmare for me. I am blood type O and thrive on a Paleo diet (plentiful protein). I share that because I don’t want you to read this and think I am saying everyone should be a Vegan. I, do, however find that most cancer patients do best on a predominately Vegan diet. The combination of signs of excess protein and her Mucor constitution confirm that she will thrive on a Vegan diet. In addition, to address her constitution she will be given appropriate homeopathic remedies to shift her internal milieu into a more alkaline state. The darkfield is thus quite helpful and hopefully she will have another sample performed later in her stay to see the changes that are already taking place. There are not many things that are quite as motivating as seeing your live blood before your very eyes!

At the laboratory Nicole has a lot of blood drawn for various testing. Most of it standard bloodwork that is run in the States as well. She also is given an injection of DMPS and after an hour has to collect her urine. This is a provocation test to look for heavy metals –also done in the States. One of the tests she has done is to test for circulating tumor cells. As Dr. Rau, explained to her during her consult – we know that her cancer is Stage 4 (meaning it has spread to other areas than just being in her breast where it began) but we do not know if the cancer is still actively spreading or it has just settled in these other areas –in her case the hip bone, spine, and lymphatic system near her chest wall and axilla. This specific test will show us how active the cancer is in these areas. I am not certain if this test is available in the States but am looking into it! Nicole is also given homework –she needs to provide a stool sample so the digestive and immune capabilities of her gut can be explored. This, too, is something I regularly offer to patients.

Finally, Nicole is examined by Dr. Rau. Through EAV testing he confirms that the flow of energy through her problematic teeth is blocked. He also palpates the tumor since next week we will begin injecting directly into the tumor –a unique and effective approach used here at the clinic.

This concludes the end of her first day at the clinic. In managing any patient’s case –there is a lot to be done and organize and the first couple of days are all about integrating and making an individualized plan. There will be other diagnostic tests to follow next week as well.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
